i don't think people understand how big Pectra is for ETH i've talked to many high AUM hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds over the last week, and they have all been waiting for Precompile for BLS12-381 curve operations, Serve historical block hashes from state, and Move committee index outside Attestation before deploying sidelined capital bullish
