I bought it at 4 and it felt so high then. Always thought it was going to plateau at around 4-5

That’s what I figured as well - but I haven’t been through a refinance process before and my impression is that it’s not cheap. Will have to whip out an excel and do the math for it

You can always refinance when rates go lower again
