I have actually been considering (UK) and would actually value advice! My logic: house prices are near all time low And with a two year fixed mortgage, expecting rates to be much lower soon, it wouldn’t be so bad? The low house price is forever, the high rates are two years? Am I dumb? I’ve never bought a house

From what I understand, UK has very short term fixed rates, 2 years like you said and then it’s floating. US is fixed for 30y or you have to refinance which is also 💸💸

That’s insane. Are flexible mortgages rates regulated out of existence? WalletKit looks cool btw, congrats on getting in YC with a crypto startup in 2023
