Basically this says that when it gets cold, the bugs like to come into the nice toasty warm inside of your room, so please be careful if you open the window and if you see a bug, use this tape to grab it or call the front desk for help. 

I can’t imagine calling for help in my broken baby Japanese. I’ll just get the bug myself. Unless it’s a spider. Then I will call for assistance.
