Khinkali is an incredibly delicious Georgian dish thatβs worth trying to make at home! For the dough, take 500 g of flour, 250 ml of water, and a pinch of salt. Knead a firm dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. For the filling: 300 g of beef, 200 g of pork, 1 onion, salt, pepper, and a bit of water for juiciness. Grind the meat and onion through a meat grinder, add spices and water, then mix well. Roll out the dough, cut out circles, place the filling in the center, and pinch the edges to form a "pouch." Boil in salted water for 7-10 minutes until the khinkali float to the surface. Serve hot, sprinkled with black pepper. Enjoy! 0 reply
