Cool. I’ve did it once myself but a dozen 24-48hrs though. Not much lately 👍🏻

Once your body is used to fasting it feels great :D I remember I felt pretty miserable during my first fast (super hungry). On the longest fast I felt suberb. Really smooth mental clarity and flow 👍🏻 Couple of my friends fasted toi and we ended it with a dinner together. Good times 🤠
