I'm working on a new tip system. There are currently problems with reply synchronization between Warpcast and Farcaster, which means that when you perform the action, your reply is not visible in the Farcaster network (only on the Wapcast client), and so the tip fails.

So we're going to create a "queue". When you perform the action, your tip will be in "queue", and the system will take your tip into account when your cast is synchronized with the network (and @masks-bot will reply).

We don't want to allow allowance to be tipped all at once.
Allowances are divided equally into tips, so must be spread around the world!
