Does anyone know of or belong to good and active dev communities? Every Web3-related and somewhat active community I've found usually ends up being a place for promotional talks from dev rels, which I feel negatively impacts the quality of the community and discourages activity from others. I’m curious if there are any dev communities (not only web3) that people genuinely enjoy being part of and contributing to

/dev is the closest to what describing /squad is a bit of this, but mostly on Tg though.

By "community," I've also meant a group where people can clearly identify whether they are part of it or not. With such a large channel like /dev, I guess it’s much harder to establish that sense of identity
