Day #15 workout >> Back and Triceps<< •Lat pulldowns: 4 x 12 •T-bar rows: 4 x 12 •Close-grip pulldowns: 3 x 10 •V-shape tricep pushdowns: 4 x 10 •Single-hand side extensions: 4 x 10 •Superset pullovers and overhead tricep extensions. Idk if i'll finish 10k steps but that was a hell of a workout.
