Day #15 workout >> Back and Triceps<< ā¢Lat pulldowns: 4 x 12 ā¢T-bar rows: 4 x 12 ā¢Close-grip pulldowns: 3 x 10 ā¢V-shape tricep pushdowns: 4 x 10 ā¢Single-hand side extensions: 4 x 10 ā¢Superset pullovers and overhead tricep extensions. Idk if i'll finish 10k steps but that was a hell of a workout.
