I am not a bitcoin maxi, far from it. But a reserve of anything else is just funneling the US treasury into private pockets. Is that the goal? Think about consequences. Even for a moment.

a reserve should prioritize stability and fairness, not unintended enrichment. the long-term consequences definitely deserve deeper thought.
