I went through Techstars a few years ago and overall I had a good personal experience but my startup was too early to get the most out of it. Biggest add was building a network of mentors, investors, and an alumn community that is still very active.

wdym by your startup was too early? wasn't ready to pour the gas on and accelerate?

Yeah basically that. We basically just had a proof of concept and there was a lot of work needed to get something to alpha with what we were doing (developer platform for conversational AI). It definitely kicked our ass into gear but I wish we'd had more of the platform built out first.
