The implications of this are pretty massive BUIDL instantly becomes equivalently liquid as USDC Collateral inside of Aave, MakerDAO, Morpho, etc

This is interesting. Based on what I was able to find so far is that the DeFi/transactions related to BUILD assets should be available only to pre-approved investors. So I wonder whehter there will be a similar mechanism that Superstate is using? Meaning something like a closed economy.

This thing is a MONSTER of a smart contract, with compliance, detailed lock capabilities, what looks like lots of analytic events for information, the ability to 'seize' assets and more.
