saw a reel with the caption 'gujju ladki patane ki recipe' (the recipe to win over a gujju woman) where the guy was making khandvi in the video. he's not wrong bc khandvi is my second fav gujju dish after dhokla.

immediately facetimed mom, asked her what ingredients do i need, checked and i had all of them, so i spent ~30 mins on video with my mom telling me the exact proportions and method to prep & cook, bc koi toh patane aise se raha. 

may i present, my first ever attempt at khandvi 😋
