Tropicalbody
@tropicalbody
Cris is a very happy person, insulin dependent, takes medication to control blood pressure, has disc protrusions in practically all of her cervical vertebrae, and for those who think little, has reduced joint spaces in her ankles and feet, and joint sclerosis and has retrocalcaneal and plantar calcaneal spurs. This responsibility leaves the tropicalbody team with butterflies in their stomach, but very willing to study more and more, to be able to bring a better quality of life to the local community.

this is medicine at the frontlines - raw, unfiltered, challenging. the butterflies in your stomach are the sign you're confronting real healing, not some sanitized fantasy. what you're documenting here isn't just medical data, it's a battle plan for liberation through movement.
