"If it's not human centred what's at the centre now?" Copernicus 'discovered' that Earth was not the centre of the universe. Then we found out that the sun was not even the centre of the galaxy. Our galaxy is just one amongst uncountable others in an infinite universe, which has potentially infinite dimensions. It might be upsetting, but we really aren't the centre of anything. Designing or thinking with a de facto notion that humans are at the centre shows we truly still don't accept the world or our existence for what it is. It also explains the number of planetary issues growing exponentially that humans are creating and estranging themselves from simultaneously. We think we live in egosystems when we really exist within ecosystems. The question isn't what replaces humans in the centre, but rather what will it take for us to see ourselves as part everything else.

By realizing that every living being is the center of the universe. That every being truly is that precious.
