The attached video shows RFK Jr. dropping a ton of methylene blue into his water. Methylene blue is a popular supplement among the anti-establishment health crowd for a variety of reasons that would take a full blog post to get into. It won't kill you if you take it and for the most part seems fairly benign; although the dose makes the poison, and I have seen some say they do not recommend long term continued/daily use. The craziest part of this video is that RFK was dumping so much methylene blue in his water it even made the methylene blue stans say "whoa".

Triumph I am related to someone who will chart his flight paths and pick seats based on which ones are away from the sun. Yes. You do get exposed to radiation while flying
