last run sucked so much i couldn’t psych myself up for another until today when i literally wanted to chuck my computer out the window bc i can’t solve a coding problem i’ve been stuck on for 2 days 😇 2.5mi in 30min, 4% incline first half + banana chocolate chip protein pancakes with greek yogurt and raspberries as post-run fuel

i love bojack! just finished my 3rd rewatch a couple months ago actually 😅 this scene is so good, and the little easter eggs of that dude throughout the season are awesome. i was sad they didn't really bring it back - season 3 doesn't start with bojack being super healthy and fit iirc
