Not the wind pushing directly against me while I’m on the bike. I’m at a standstill, pedaling to nowhere, something hits my eye, and I get knocked over with zero momentum. I’d call it a tragedy, but nope - it’s just reality

if it makes u feel any better the first time i rode my bike with shoes clipped to the pedals i overestimated my strength, tried going up a steep hill, gradually slowed to a full stop and in a panic couldn’t unclip my shoes

@serendipity reposting bc i’m tryna empathize w you and share my confessions but i am NOT ok w people seein me mistake rode for road🥸

I dictate most of my Farcaster responses and it’s terrible with homophones and makes me look dumb at least once a day. I always assume people are responding via Siri or other dictation software because that’s my status quo so it doesn’t even click with me most of the time. 

I also use a lot to screen readers so I rarely notice unless I happened to read it!
