ok, completed my lil walkthrough of the guggenheim. going to be honest, i much preferred my experience at the MoMA. but i’m still glad i came by. 

if you have time to check out MoMA, the Jack Whitten exhibit is very well-curated/interesting and The Clock could enchant you for hours. (it’s a film where every time you see a clock, it matches with “IRL” time.) they also have a Hilma af Klint exhibit coming up in a few weeks, which i will sadly miss.

LOVED the clock so much

wanted to stay longer but had to bail to an event

extremely blessed highly favored always grateful

i learned he initially required museums to have a block of 24hr openings at some point during its run there

i also learned it premiered in 2010(!)

(i knew none of these things when i went lol)

same, i wish they would open it up overnight for a sleepover viewing party
