Udon Lab - Beef Niku Noodle 7/10 Slightly greasy, reasonable amount of beef, good broth. Okay noodles, def not handmade bc they don’t have that chew. I like that they have nicer disposable chopsticks, the ladle/spoon was not very functional as it was wide yet shallow.
