That's a sweet machine. I'm going to make carrot, apple, and ginger juice this weekend. I might try to make crackers with the pulp, but I don't know if the apple in it would make it go off quickly.

Sounds yum - the most I’ve done with pulp is add it to compost but I usually just toss it 😕
