This is probably just me but I love butter more than most. Butter is girl dinner I think this stems from being forced to eat margarine as a kid because my mom bought in to the saturated fat propaganda Since the day I moved out on my own, real butter = freedom FREEDOM!

It's amazing almost all nutritional advice is wrong. I assume that's the case for the things we hear today too. The only advice that's really stood the test of time is the less processed the food the better.
