Two big things that I've noticed making such a difference: - Team members giving a shit about what you're building. I've seen so many teams have ICs that are just there to collect a good/amazing paycheck. - Team members are laughing on calls.

Double ❤️ for laughing. Man does it make a difference if ppl are happy enough to laugh. Calls don't have to suck!
