I still think tipping individual casts through a cast action is better than sending $1 tips to the users you’ve interacted with most each week. Both features are useful, but tipping while scrolling the timeline feels more natural. It shows exactly which content resonates with you, and it might encourage people to put more effort into what they share

I have lots of questions, if you don't mind: 1. What denomination(s) would you like to tip with? 2. How much do you think you would tip each cast? 3. How often do you think you would tip on casts? 4. How many taps to execute the tip is too many that it would reduce the frequency of your tips? 5. Should the casts show how much they've accumulated/from whom? 6. Does promoting a tipping culture at this level create incentives to cater content towards those with the means to be more generous tippers?

1. I’d let ppl decide on their own. But if there has to be a limit in place, do $1-5 2. I see myself regularly doing $1-3 3. I’m not rich, so prob a few times a week, but it really depends on the cast and what it means to me 4. It has to be one tap just like the give warps cast action. Maybe two if you need to select the token and exact amount 5. No, because this is about showing love to valuable casts, not to play signal and status games 6. It can but not as much if you do number 5 like I suggest. There are also good feedback loops. If I notice that every time I cast a video tutorial or a /music playlist and ppl tip me a lot for those, I’m naturally going to continue to do more of that. I’m not suggesting to do a leaderboard showing which casts earn the most. We don’t need to play those games. We just need to make it extremely easy to tip a cast if we feel like doing so
