Here's the full context of my 'too small to succeed' comment, in last week's BCard team meeting. Love it! Leaner and more agile! You can refine more quickly for these smaller communities, get better feedback with less overhead. Also love the cross-pollination aspect of it. Keep cohorts small so engagement stays high, but also extend reach through collaboration.
