There's a phenomenon where simply talking about an idea releases the dopamine as if you'd accomplished the idea already. Forget the details, but Huberman was describing it in his dopamine series.

There are so many levels to it too, this def being one of them. Robert Green talks in depth about this. Externally, it brings 2 kinds of reactions from others: 1) Positive - which creates a false sense of accomplishment and laziness, and 2) Negative - creates a premature sense of failure to give up

Lol maybe I heard it in the Robert Greene interview Huberman did. Hard to remember 😂 I am trying to integrate this lesson more. Focus more on getting things through several iterations on my own before exposing it. Gotta get yourself invested in the idea before you dilute its potential. Progressive collaboration.
