Emerging conviction, loosely held: Written long-form helps clarify your own thinking, but it’s not how most people prefer to consume. Written short-form (like casts) is better for public iteration - and how people prefer to consume ideas.

I like writing out the long form, then working to make little snippets you can pull out to form short, digestible chunks that can pull ppl into the long form piece. While it may not be ppl's favorite chosen method, once you actually have someone's focus, long form still is the best way to convey a complete thought along with context, imo. Condensing an entire thing down into a visual graphic or short reel is helpful too!
