I'll give my $DAOs for today out to whoever can link me someone else's version of this idea fastest, I wanna see the discussion on it:

Constitution DAO using zk tech to hide how much they'd raised. During the auction people would just be bidding against a hidden treasury. Nobody would know if the DAO can up the next price until the auctioneer raises it. Each round is a zk check.

My suggestions:
If they win: however much is left, over top of the winning price, can be used or given back in a variety of ways, depending on circumstances.

If they lose: whatever is left, minus costs incurred, gets distributed back to everyone based on how much they originally gave.

Decisions could be voted on w/ ZK weight too; would mean nobody knows how much their vote influenced the outcome, only what the consensus was in the end. That feels like a whole different rabbit hole in itself!

Makes it fair play for DAOs competing with a public treasury in an auction, one place where transparency is a killer flaw.
