Isn't that what "watching" is? Or could be if you choose to use it that way?

In the notification window at the top there's "notif, mentions, and watch". Anything you tap the "eye" icon on goes in the watch list.

Seems like it's only available for OPs, not comments.

Unlike bookmarks, however, it's anonymous. Nobody knows you're watching 👀

Okay did not know about this, in twitter you have this separate bookmark section where I can revisit important tweets I want to read again or read later. I’m not sure how and where I can access such important casts I see here. Will try watching thnx
