It's unsurprising and exciting to see common threads of focus shifting towards the systems that enable people to become high quality contributors. Being systematic about addressing the practical needs of normal users will go a long way towards getting high quality results! https://warpcast.com/danicaswanson/0x109da0c3 https://warpcast.com/polluterofminds/0x755d55e9

Thanks for pointing this out (and making the common link with the focus of the piece I wrote). I agree that it's exciting to see signs of a shift toward evaluating systems and patterns instead of focusing too heavily on individual performance. The mention of a "10x engineer" brings to mind a piece by @tombeck.eth -- "In Praise of Going Slow." I think you may have already read it? He writes about 10x thinking and its opposite: / 10 thinking. I think of myself as a / 10 writer according to Tom's framing. In other words, I set / 10 goals, because working that way brings out the best in me. I often wonder what unlocks might be possible if we had systems that were better suited to people who take / 10 approaches to their work. https://paragraph.xyz/@driftless/in-praise-of-going-slow
