Getting back to rings while healing my left golfer elbow and right tennis elbow. It's rough, but a couple of dips without a pain feels awesome!

I've always thought about trying to get into rings. Did you do a specific routine to work up to starting? Or just jump into it?

Just jumped to it... It's not that easy jump tho. First times it's just trying to hold on the rings. Takes time until you're able to do any controlled movement.
