Day 1 of My 75 Hard Challenge Today marks the beginning of my 75 Hard journey! I’ve committed to pushing my limits, building discipline, and proving to myself that I can stay consistent no matter what. Here’s how my first day went: ✔ Day workout – 70 minutes of incline walking at 20% – a real leg burner, but totally worth it and 60 minutes of walking on street. ✔ Drank a gallon of water – hydration is key! ✔ Followed my diet – no cheats, no compromises. ✔ Read 10 pages of a self-development book – feeding my mind as well as my body. ✔ No alcohol. No coffee. It’s just the first day, but I already feel the shift. No excuses, no shortcuts – just discipline and action. Let’s do this!
