Day 1 of My 75 Hard Challenge Today marks the beginning of my 75 Hard journey! Iβve committed to pushing my limits, building discipline, and proving to myself that I can stay consistent no matter what. Hereβs how my first day went: β Day workout β 70 minutes of incline walking at 20% β a real leg burner, but totally worth it and 60 minutes of walking on street. β Drank a gallon of water β hydration is key! β Followed my diet β no cheats, no compromises. β Read 10 pages of a self-development book β feeding my mind as well as my body. β No alcohol. No coffee. Itβs just the first day, but I already feel the shift. No excuses, no shortcuts β just discipline and action. Letβs do this!
