Currently it assumes that you would have the IPFS hash of an uploaded image, but we can change that in the next iterations.

When you say "pick a blank funny image", do you mean a frontend where you have the option to upload an image to IPFS, and you get a link to a frame for that image, which can then be used to submit captions?
