Frames Bounty! Looking for help to build: A meme caption contest. Basically I pick a blank funny image, frame allows people to submit funny caption for it. Submissions get stored in a Google sheet or something and I can pick winners to award via wallet airdrop.

When you say "pick a blank funny image", do you mean a frontend where you have the option to upload an image to IPFS, and you get a link to a frame for that image, which can then be used to submit captions?
