What’s the single most important thing that keeps you optimistic about the future?

That there are people every day working to make it better

I get that but also get depressed about all the people working every day to make it worse

Totally am with you - it’s why social media makes me so sad/mad 90% off the time. But since I can’t change that, I try to remember that all I can do is work on what’s within my control, and also to mindfully spend as much time with good people that bring me energy haha

Also spend time with dogs. Dogs give me hope. Haha
