Was talking to someone yesterday about how critical diversity of thought and experience is esp at the “builder” stage of web3. Given priority of anonymity, curious how folks think of creating more inclusive spaces given like-attracts-like and you don’t really know who anyone is

As an example, I went to a FC meet up in NY and met tons of amazing inspiring people but the male to female ratio was like 15:1 haha - obviously this is just one dimension of diversity but still not nothing
