Community segmentation framework: Split your members into technical vs non-technical first. Then subdivide by engagement level. Now develop a program for each. Balance effort and pay-off. Here some ideas - Reward engaged members for creating a youtube onboarding series for new people - Automated quiz for not so engaged members to get them to learn more about you and hopefully get excited and interact - Calls with core team members for engaged members

Can this be applied to any type of community?

the initial split maybe not. Tech vs non-tech makes sense for web3. But it can also be by language, region/city, age. Key is to figure out something that differentiates the need of different members so that you can easier create shared experiences. e.g: mental health community for adults. split the group into care-givers vs non-caregivers. Care givers could then be caring for kids vs caring for adults vs caring for elderly relatives.
