Two really simple preparations i did recently. Artichokes en barigoule- white wine, julienned vegetables to finish, great olive oil and chicken stock. Peads and Barnetts pork ragù with Santa Barbara pistachio. Grilling the meat over charcoal and hardwood before beginning the braise imparts a large amount of flavor.
