Hearing more and more about combining green tea and red light therapy. I started daily sessions on my 43 yo skin. “Rejuvenated skin, reduced wrinkle levels, and juvenile complexion, previously realized in 10 months of light treatment alone were realized in 1 month.” Will keep u guys posted on results in a few weeks. That's very interesting. I'll follow your experiment. I hadn't heard of red light therapy. Just looked it up. To purchase a light seems quite expensive. If it decreases aging, I'm all for it though. But would want it for my whole body, not just my face (and internally, not just skin). Or maybe for neck and hands. They age the fastest.

Yes it can be very expensive for high quality. I personally went to SaunaSpace.com and ordered a replacement bulb and then found a holder that could power it without melting. Only cost me $120 and it’s very powerful. I’m thinking of doing this a couple more times to fill my spare room with infrared light for pre bedtime.
