I'm still nursing a variety of joint pain before being able to return to crossfit workouts, so these I basically only do regular bodybuilding stuff. what do you people do during those 2 minutes between sets in the gym??

But if you only have two minutes I would just roll the muscles that are overactive/shortened. Let me know if this hellos or if itβs a little unclear. Good Fit!
