How about an espresso machine? Maybe a fresh local fruit every morning? What is something you have to have?

How long did you generally stay at these places and if you were to stay for a full annual visa (one year) which things would you add to that list?

Access to activity options like surfboards for sunrise/sunset surfing, yoga mat, bikes, ATV’s… rainy days like ping pong, cards, fire pits, cooking, etc. The hotel or B&B places I stayed always accommodated those.

I like Modular Synthesiser, MiniGrids, and Go (Baduk).

The quality of the bed and shower are the two biggest factors in how much I enjoy staying anywhere other than my own home

Comfy, large tables. And this is a "very nice to have" rather a must, but I love it when the place has a few hdmi monitors.
