I wonder what UN votes would look like if they were secret ballot. Each country chooses their representative, but from that point on it's up to each representative and their own conscience.

Likely corrupt. Only one person to pay off per vote is much cheaper than trying to buy a country’s vote. Unfortunate but likely probable.
