Neither fish nor biscuit. I organise Ethereum Singapore and help at clrfund.  I dont think I have to be who I am on Twitter here and I love it

It would be great to create such a fund that would (at least symbolically) financially support non-profit organizers of meetups around the world, conferences or hackathons like us!
Events are an essential part of the Ethereum community, much like the protocol.
