TIL you can't listen to music during the run in a triathlon... that's like half of the fun, my playlist was going to be OP

I agree with what Goggins says about this..

No music when running

We need to be alone with our brain in order to make it tougher

And running (and even more triathlon) is all about mind toughness 

When you’re out there for hours and the music goes off.. 

Where are you gonna get your “motivation” ?

Ahahah man i love music more than anybody.. i play guitar too

I just think using music while running is kind of like cheating (goggins words)

And Triathlon organizers may think this as well apparently 😂
