Im mostly a mobile FC user

which makes me doomscroll like an addict and i end up wasting time instead of doing what i need to do..

when im on desktop i dont have this problem.. my attention span is higher, im more focused and i enjoy FC more cause i dont feel that dopamine need

I am able to waste time on my computer too. It's not a total fix. 😂 I'm doing it right now as I should be working, not looking at FC.
