Of course they would have to limit the thing because of an Android phone, but that’s not cause they’re bad (I prefer iPhone all the way 🤣), but instead because the lower-end models on the Android side can go as far as a tini tiny device that almost hasn’t enough processing power to launch the Warpcast app (ok, might be exaggerated). And surely the user base is in it’s majority made of Android users, with the majority of these having low-end device models that would probably struggle to process all the animated pfps loading and rendering on their screen. So, in order to give the majority of users a good xp, they decided to level us, by the lower processing phones. But the animated pfps are not gone. They’re on hodl. They’ll be back once they prioritize the necessary changes that would have to exist in order for us to have that much fun back.
