What do people think about 404s?

TLDR - hold a certain amount of fungible tokens to unlock an NFT.

Sell below the threshold and the NFT is burned.

I think 404s allow for more flexibility in ownership and trading. It helps retailers sell portions of high-value NFT to multiple buyers. 

Btw, I still don't like the fact that NFT projects are tied to tokens because most NFTs drop in price after TGE.
