Semi-Nitpick: Would love to be able to set a default keySchema. The default of bytes32 makes it so you can't pack entity ids with anything, and manually overriding every table's keySchema to be a smaller type makes your config much less elegant :p

This was a carry over from ECS-first approach of v1. Gonna be changing the config a bit in the next couple of weeks and these defaults will go away. There’ll be an ECS helper on top to bring it back for ECS use cases.
